Since 2002, The Intero Foundation, via donations from its agents and employees, donates money to non-profits focused on serving children and elderly in the communities we serve in the following California communities: Alameda, Contra Costa, Monterey, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, San Benito, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Santa Cruz.
Established by the founders of Intero in 2002, the Intero Foundation is a nonprofit organization that has raised over $5.5 million to date to benefit children and the elderly living in the communities we serve.
The Intero Foundation is funded, promoted, and governed by Intero agents – each of whom is vested in the health of the communities where we live and work. The Board of Directors, led by Intero’s top executives, provides strategic guidance. All members of the Intero community – executives, staff, and agents – donate their time to further the Foundation’s mission.
The Intero Foundation is, in essence, our vehicle for expressing a meaningful and sustained commitment to our community.
Since opening our doors, we’ve supported over 250 local charities that range in size and mission, but all impact the growth and well-being of children and the elderly by enhancing their education, personal development, and living conditions.
