KATE'S BIO
Born and raised in the Hudson River Valley of New York, Kate moved to the SF Peninsula in 1978. Initially studying for a career in Early Childhood Education, Kate landed in the field of manufacturing management, advancing quickly utilizing her amazing ability to see all the moving parts and aligning the process for efficiency and quality. This lead to positions of reporting to higher management, troubleshooting setbacks and discrepancies, and affecting contract revisions with defense contract administrators (DCAS). One employer had jeopardized its status, facing elimination on future bids, until Kate's rational, matter-of-fact approach recovered their standing by eliminating contract delinquencies. When a project ran into critical challenges, it was re-assigned to Kate to recover on cost, schedules, and integrity with the customer.
Having no love for producing military hardware, Kate chose to transfer her planning, coordinating and negotiating skills to something she absolutely loved - guiding families and individuals in their quest for HOME. Matching buyers with the best fit for community, neighborhood , services, schools, settings, locale, and houses. It's not just about the house. It encompasses SO much more. Many of the interconnected professions are well managed with Kate's direction, such as escrow, financing, inspections, repairs, disclosures, stagers, photographers. The only resource you need is Kate.
