Learning the business at an early age in his family’s real estate company, Dave has had a long career in marketing and sales of fine properties. Raised on the Peninsula from infancy, Dave intimately knows his hometowns of Menlo Park, Atherton, and Palo Alto – and what it takes to buy and sell real estate here and in the surrounding communities. After a very successful career in real estate sales at Grubb & Ellis and Fox & Carskadon, Dave moved into management positions at these companies and most recently at Coldwell Banker - Menlo Park, Mcguire - Burlingame, and now manages Intero offices in San Mateo, San Carlos, and Half Moon Bay. With his management experience, Dave has an unmatched insight into the industry while overseeing the details of thousands of listings and sales transactions through his career, along with providing extensive training, mentoring, coaching, and continuing education for his agents.
