Thank you for taking a moment to read my Bio and work philosophy, which is simple "the client comes first". With today's technology the home buying and selling process has changed considerably. However, in the 30+ years I have been in the real estate business one thing has not changed, people want to know that their agent has their best interest at the forefront. TRUST is paramount, combined with my experience, negotiating skills and vast market knowledge I can provide added value to help you accomplish your goal. I began my real estate career in 1984. I have worked as a sales associate selling over 500 properties ranging from single family homes, bare land, apartment buildings and commercial properties. I have handled multiple property sales involving tax deferred exchanges. I have managed real estate offices for two well know companies; recruiting, training and assisting real estate agents with their transactions. I am the owner of CDO Properties Inc. My company purchases and renovates distressed homes for resale. I am a third generation native of our community. My community involvment includes being on the Board of Directors for the Gilroy Foundation, a nonprofit which provides grants to local organizations. I volunteer for the Gilroy Garlic Festival and served for 10 years as a Paid Call Firefighter. I teach Real Estate Principles and Real Estate Practices courses at Gavilan Community College. My wife was a teacher for Gilroy Unified School District for 30 years. Home values and a quality education run hand in hand. If you are looking for a real estate agent that is looking out for your needs and concerns, I'd like to interview for the job. Thank you.
